Bupa HQ – KAFD, Riyadh is an interior fit-out across Levels 2 to 5, designed as a healthy, high-performance workplace. The project aims to achieve LEED Gold O+M: Interiors certification, reflecting Bupa’s commitment to sustainability, efficiency, and occupant well-being. SEGreen managed the full LEED process, overseeing MPR verification, data collection, audits, and submissions throughout design and operations. By ensuring compliance with all prerequisites and optimizing energy, water, materials, and indoor environmental quality, SEGreen delivered seamless documentation and a clear certification roadmap. Bupa HQ sets a benchmark for innovative, wellness-focused, and environmentally responsible workplaces in Saudi Arabia.
