Global Ports and Logistics Company (GPLC) is developing its new headquarters within the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh, one of the Kingdom's most prominent future business destinations. The project aims to create a modern, high-performance work environment that reflects the company's corporate identity and supports its strategic role in achieving the objectives of the National Transport and Logistics Strategy. The project scope includes interior fit-out works covering approximately 13,737 m² spread across 10 floors within an existing building. It will house executive offices, meeting rooms and boardrooms, work and collaboration spaces, reception areas, shared facilities, and supporting technical spaces, all with a flexible design that supports operational efficiency and future expansion.

The project is strategically located in the Al Aqiq district of KAFD, providing easy access to transportation networks and vital infrastructure.

It is worth noting that the project is currently in its initial stages, and our scope of work is limited to providing sustainability services and LEED certification for interior design (LEED ID+C). We support the design team in meeting certification requirements and enhancing the environmental performance of the interior spaces in accordance with global best practices.
