SECA has undertaken a number of specialized projects in the fields of archaeological excavation, archaeological investigation, and architectural conservation of heritage and archaeological sites in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. These projects were implemented through an integrated scientific methodology combining archaeological surveys, archaeological studies, documentation, conservation, and site rehabilitation.

The works covered several significant archaeological and heritage sites, including:

- Otum Al-Dahyan

- Al-Osbah Site 1

- Al-Osbah Site 2

- Al-Jaza' Farm

- Al-Kharj Farm

- Bir Sumayhah

- Bani Salim Farm

In addition to a number of other archaeological and heritage sites in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah.

The scope of work included the implementation of specialized archaeological excavation and investigation programs in accordance with internationally recognized scientific standards. A systematic Grid System methodology was employed during excavation activities, complemented by geophysical surveys (GPR) and testing programs that contributed to identifying buried architectural features and defining the boundaries of archaeological structures prior to the commencement of excavation works.

The archaeological investigation and excavation works led to the discovery of the buried remains of heritage buildings and architectural structures, which were systematically uncovered, recorded, and documented in accordance with established archaeological and scientific methodologies. Comprehensive documentation was prepared, including excavation records, measured drawings, and the necessary technical documentation.

The project also involved the implementation of architectural conservation and fine restoration works for the uncovered features, together with the reconstruction and rehabilitation of selected portions of the archaeological structures. These interventions were carried out in accordance with internationally accepted conservation principles and best practices for the preservation of built heritage, ensuring the retention of the sites’ authenticity, integrity, and historical significance.

The excavation works further resulted in the recovery of a diverse assemblage of archaeological finds, including:
- Pottery sherds and ceramic artifacts representing different historical periods.
- Archaeological coins.
- Stone querns and grain-grinding implements.

Other archaeological artifacts that contributed to the understanding and documentation of the daily life, economic activities, and cultural practices of the historical communities that once inhabited the area
