The SEC Design Project focuses on improving user experience by redesigning three spaces: the multi-use hall into a lounge, restaurant, entertainment room, and daycare; the head office into a modern workspace; and the parking roof into a café, With a total built-up area of 1,945 sqm. A new Building Management System (BMS) will also be added to improve operations across the Western Operation Area.
